I offer various levels of training/coaching and the price will depend on what your particular needs are. For a best estimate please contact me directly so we can discuss what will work best for you. Prices range from $20 for a single workout to $500 monthly coaching. I also offer group options at a discounted rate.

Here are some specific examples of what I offer:

  • Written workouts

  • Written training plans

  • Pre-recorded workouts/dance classes

  • Small group dance or fitness classes

  • In person or virtual live workouts (strength training, flexibility, dance, ect.)

  • Full training and coaching including written workouts, in person or virtual sessions, goal setting, nutrition advice, weekly check-ins, and progress monitoring.
