There's no one right way to be a woman but the most important part of being a woman is to be HEALTHY. Healthy mind, healthy body, healthy spirit. There's no one right way to be a woman but I'm here to help you find your inner strength and show how capable you are.
(It's not that I don't want to or won't work with men, I'm just more familiar with the female body and want women to know that being strong is not solely a male thing.)
You don't need to workout in a gym to get a good workout. You can work out anywhere and everywhere! Need to stay home with the kids?The living room can be a great place to work up a sweat!

Not in the Los Angeles area or prefer a virtual option? No problem! I can assess and give you a training plan from afar. We can video chat and figure out what will work best for you so that you'll stay motivated to reach your goals. Not even a global pandemic should stop you from getting in shape.
I offer a variety of services depending on your needs. Each client starts with an assessment and then a plan is put into place. Because everyone is different, the specific services you get will be unique to you.
Some options are: 1-hour in person or virtual sessions, written training plans for strength/running/swimming/cycling/flexibility, training plans for specific race goals, and in-home workouts for general fitness. Contact me and we'll figure out the best option for you.
